When does my box ship?
Boxes are packed and shipped on the 1st of each month. Allow 3–7 business days for delivery within Malaysia, and 7–14 days internationally.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months by emailing us at support@arcanepavilion.com. No questions asked. Annual subscribers can pause once per year.
What if I don't like a crystal?
Subscription boxes are non-refundable for change of mind — each box is curated specifically for your Ba Zi profile. If a crystal arrives damaged or broken, email us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement immediately.
